What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Items must be in their original condition
Items must have the original labels and tags attached
Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
Free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for return
Please note that return requests submitted after 14 days will automatically be declined by our system.
Promotional Gift Policy
When a free promotional gift is included with your order, the promotion applies only to full-price items. Orders must meet the minimum purchase requirement (excluding taxes and shipping). If returned items reduce the order value below the promotion threshold, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund. Promotional gifts are non-refundable and must be returned if the remaining order value no longer qualifies for the promotion. The free gift cannot be returned independently. We monitor return patterns and reserve the right to review or refuse returns if promotions are being abused.
How do I return an item?
Go to the Returns Portal. Enter your order number and email address. Select the items you wish to return and submit your return request. Once approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and shipping guidelines. If you need assistance, please contact our support team.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method and processing may take up to 14 business days.
