ORDERS & PAYMENT

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna for buy now, pay later options.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order is processed and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at hello@mmessentiels.com if you need to make changes.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available in denominations from €25 to €500. They never expire and can be used on any MM ESSENTIELS product.

WHY WAS MY PAYMENT DECLINED?

Payment declines can happen for several reasons: insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or your bank's fraud protection. Try another payment method or contact your bank for assistance.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Standard delivery within the EU takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping is available for 1-2 business day delivery. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs fees.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on our shipping partner's website or in your account.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll file a claim and send a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

what is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Visit our Returns page to initiate a return.

how do i exchange an item?

Initiate a return and select 'exchange' when prompted. We'll send your new item once we receive your return. For faster service, place a new order and return the original separately.

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

Yes, unless marked as 'Final Sale' at checkout. Final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Allow an additional 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account.

HOW DO MM ESSENTIELS PIECES FIT?

Our pieces are designed with a modern, slightly relaxed fit. We recommend checking our detailed size guide and referring to product-specific fit notes on each item page.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

We use premium, sustainably sourced materials including organic cotton, recycled fibers, and European-milled fabrics. Each product page lists specific material composition.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY MM ESSENTIELS PIECES?

Machine wash cold on gentle cycle, tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. Detailed care instructions are included with each product and on care labels.

DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD-OUT ITEMS?

Some items are restocked seasonally. Sign up for restock notifications on product pages to be alerted when items return. Limited edition pieces may not be restocked.

Sustainability

ARE MM ESSENTIELS PRODUCTS SUSTAINABLE?

Yes. We use 95% organic and recycled materials, manufacture in ethical European facilities, and ship carbon-neutral. Learn more on our Sustainability page.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All MM ESSENTIELS pieces are manufactured in family-owned facilities in Portugal, Italy, and France under strict ethical and quality standards.

DO YOU HAVE A RECYCLING PROGRAM?

Yes! Send us your worn MM ESSENTIELS pieces and receive 20% off your next purchase. We recycle the fibers into new garments.

WHAT CERTIFICATIONS DO YOU HAVE?

Our materials are GOTS-certified organic, and our facilities are certified by Made in Europe and Fair Trade standards.

Account & Privacy

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and access exclusive member benefits.

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.

HOW IS MY DATA PROTECTED?
