Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes or duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. MMESSENTIELS cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
